FAQ’s

When and how should I RSVP?

Click the RSVP tab and type the names listed on your Invitation and kindly respond no later than
January 10th, 2025. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, you will be marked as not attending.

What if I don’t RSVP in time?

If you do not RSVP by January 10th, 2025, you will be marked as “Not Attending”. We would love to celebrate with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our venue and cannot accept late RSVP’s. This means you will not be allowed to show up the day of. There will be no seating, food, or drink accommodations for you.

What should I do if I cannot make it?

You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate “Not Attending” on the RSVP page, so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP’d  “Attending”, but are no longer able to make it, please notify Madi as soon as you are aware!

Can I bring a Guest/Date?

We wish we had unlimited funds to support this, but unfortunately we are unable to accommodate any plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your invitation. We want to keep our wedding intimate with our closest friends and family.

Are Kids Welcomed?

As much as we love your little ones, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone’s children at our wedding. We hope you see this as an opportunity to take the night off and enjoy celebrating with us!

Is there a dress code?

We would love for our friends and family to dress up with us! Cocktail attire (semi-formal) is highly encouraged. Please do not wear jeans or sneakers.

Is there anything I shouldn’t wear?

We hope you see this as an opportunity to have fun and get dressed up! Ladies, please avoid the colors white/cream/ivory/champagne for obvious reasons (: We are also asking you to avoid the color red. We hope you understand and respect this request.

Where will the ceremony and reception be?

The ceremony will be held outside the venue. No need to travel in between. The reception will take place indoors at the same property.

What time should I get there? What if I am late to the ceremony?

The ceremony is starting promptly at 3:30pm. We recommend guests arrive between 3:00-3:15pm so there is time to mingle and find your seat. If you happen to arrive late, please wait until the processional has walked down the aisle before finding a seat. Please slip in on the sides and do not walk down the aisle.

Can I take photos or video during the ceremony?

We are having an unplugged ceremony (meaning no phones or cameras). This is incredibly important to us! The best way to show support and respect as we say our “I Do’s” is to be present and in the moment. We have hired professionals to capture this special moment for us so please allow them to do their work. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you would like. Again this is very important to us and hope you will respect our wishes.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes! The drinks are on us, the hangover is on you – get ready to celebrate! However we do NOT condone drinking and driving! Please make prior arrangements for transportation if you plan on consuming any alcohol. Our venue allows for you to leave your cars overnight if you are not able to drive. You must pick your car up the next day by 10am.

Is there parking available?

Yes, there is a big parking lot for your convenience. We do recommend carpooling to prevent overcrowding.

Is there any place to stay for the weekend?

Please refer to the accommodations page with all lodging information.
